Doelstelling
De stichting heeft als doel:

• Het zichtbaar maken van de onderwater problematiek veroorzaakt door verloren vistuig en ander afval wereldwijd, onder meer door middel van beeldmateriaal
• Het verwijderen van onderwaterafval, waaronder visnetten, vislijnen en visserstuigage door middel van vrijwillige duikteams
• Het onderzoeken en in kaart brengen van lokale situaties
• De advisering over duikveiligheid in relatie tot het verwijderen van onderwaterafval in het algemeen door middel van trainingen en instructies
• Het inzetten voor recycling van de geborgen materialen
• Het delen van kennis met andere organisaties op het gebied van ghost fishing en ghost diving
• Het geven onderwijs, bijvoorbeeld door middel van presentaties
• Het samenwerken met andere duik en sector gerelateerde organisaties
• En het verrichten van al wat hiermee verband houdt of daartoe bevorderlijk kan zijn

Our Misson:

• Making the underwater issues caused by lost fishing gear and other waste visible worldwide, including through visual material.
• Removing underwater waste, such as fishing nets, lines, and gear, through voluntary dive teams. Investigating and mapping local situations.
• Providing advice on dive safety related to underwater waste removal through training and instructions. Committing to recycling the recovered materials.
• Sharing knowledge with other organizations in the field of ghost fishing and ghost diving.
• Providing education, for example through presentations.
• Collaborating with other diving and sector-related organizations.
• And performing all related activities or those conducive to them.
