Pedro is an active TDI instructor and technical diver, particularly passionate about wreck and cave diving. Conservation has always been a key part of how he relates with the ocean not only with direct action but also on his quest to inspire every student to protect the ocean.

97% of Portuguese territory is ocean and it now holds the biggest marine reserve of the North Atlantic, facts that led Pedro to assume the historical responsibility that Portugal has with the ocean and found Ghost Diving Portugal with other two fellow divers, as soon as he met the team and got
acquainted with Ghost Diving mission and effectiveness.
